The Calvin College Knights are proud to officially announce the commitment of Brennan McClain.

After a successful season with the Mattawan Wildcats, Brennan has decided to further his hockey career with the Calvin Knights.  During his Senior season he chipped in 13 assists in 25 games as he helped to lead the Wildcats to regular season and league playoff championships.

Head Coach Mike Petrusma had this to say about Brennan and his commitment to the Knights:

“I’m excited to have Brennan commit to our program.  He is a very versatile, hard-nosed player.  He came to skate with us during this past season and did well at both forward and as a defenceman.  He’s a very competitive young man that will continue to improve at the college level.”

Why did Brennan choose Calvin?

“The amount of good things I heard about the school and practicing with the hockey team encouraged me to come to Calvin.”
